Overview

Connect is a Learning Platform for Higher Education. The Student Experience redesign is an initiative to bring the connect learning experience to tablet and mobile. Students will view and take assignments, and assess progress from their phone or tablet.

Role: Information Architect, UX, Visual Design

Requirements

• Mobile, tablet and desktop responsive redesign
• Must adhere to WCAG Accessibility Standards

Platform Constraints

• Connect has legacy assignments that must be included
• The instructor experience is being addressed later, so existing settings must be included, but must also be modular enough to be removed.

The mobile experience for students required making several assignment types accessible via mobile.
